By familiarising yourself with this document, we hope that this will act as a guide to enable you to understand what we expect of you as Entier representatives.

Shine
We recognise the importance of rewarding our people for their good work and going above and beyond the call of duty.
Our employee recognition scheme, Shine, supports this commitment. All Entiér personnel are eligible to nominate and be nominated as shining examples to the company. All of those who are nominated will receive a certificate and each quarter, one person will be selected to win £500 of vouchers.
